ONE SUPER CUTE LAUNDRY

Welcome to the worlds cutest laundry!  This is my super cute vintage laundry. I cant remember what colour the walls were when we moved in but we have painted them a cool 50's pale yellow. Most of the decorations are vintage and were found on my travels. The tin cleaning caddie was found in Alamogordo on my holiday to New Mexico. I made the yellow polka dot skirt that hides the dryer and made matching covers, aprons and curtains. I've also started a collection of peg bags. Decorating a laundry is easy just put up a few cute cat pictures and your done! Its good to have a cheery laundry with cute decorations and painted in a warm happy colour it might almost make you want to do laundry!!

HAPPY 4TH OF JULY EVERYONE!!

How are you celebrating the 4Th of July? The tables been set , the flags are out and the hamburgers are ready!! Its time for an all American cook-out except here in Australia its 12 degrees but I'm sure over in the US the sun is shinning! Were having burgers, potato salad and corn for dinner. American burgers are far better than the ones we have here in OZ. The American burgers I made have only meat, mustard and Worcestershire sauce in them. But Aussie burgers have meat, eggs, breadcrumbs etc etc..... everything here is padded out to make it go further! Yuck, keep it simple! Aussies think they are the best at BBQ, not so, you cant beat burgers, dogs and ribs!! Go Yankees!! I've also made a very special desert, its an old diner recipe, Peanut Butter pie. Yum!! Its basically a peanut butter and chocolate cheesecake on a yummy chocolate biscuit base. And we will wash it all down with some Kool- Aid!! Yum!!

Well i better run I've got to heat up the barbie and put on some lippie before the chief comes home!! Have a great 4Th of July everyone!!!!

LEOPARD KITTY APRON

Want to keep your clothes neat and tidy all day long?
Here's how...
All gals should have a cute apron to wear while doing the housework not only to keep clean but to look great as well (who knows who might be knocking on your front door!). I whipped this super apron up this afternoon from a vintage pattern. It has a neck tie, waistband and a flattering gather at the sides. I just love anything leopard print! This apron was easy to make and is SO cute you could open the front door in it!

GEORGI-GIRL ONE SASSY CAT!

Meet Georgi-Girl the sweetest Vintage Kitty around. Though she may look super cute, don't be fooled! She has a face that could stop traffic and a temper that can strip wall paper! Here are a few of Georgi's favorite past times - sleeping on vintage quilts, eating cupcakes, lazing in front of the heater, scratching , biting and being naughty! But best of all she loves a good hot water bottle! She loves pulling socks out of drawers, getting fur allover the ironing board and terrorizing visitors! Life is never dull with Georgi-Girl. Whether shes standing on my chest in the middle of the nite to see if I'm awake or biting my arm to feed her, she is always fun and truly the best Christmas gift i ever got!

A MAN'S MEAL ...
